About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Hatchery Planner to support daily hatchery operations and production planning activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient resource utilization, maintaining production performance, monitoring hatchery KPIs, and ensuring compliance with biosecurity and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily hatchery activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Prepare and monitor production plans in line with business requirements and production targets. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and operational resources to maintain readiness and efficiency. Monitor hatchery performance, production results, hatchability, chick quality, and key operational KPIs. Ensure compliance with hatchery operating procedures, quality standards, and company policies. Monitor and enforce biosecurity requirements to maintain high standards of flock health and operational safety. Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and chick quality. Collaborate closely with hatchery management and cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Poultry Science, Animal Production, Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial poultry hatchery operations. Experience in incubation, hatching, chick processing, vaccination, and hatchery production processes. Knowledge of hatchery equipment operation, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Experience with production planning, KPI analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
