Educational Qualification

• Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Psychology / Applied Psychology or a related field.
• Relevant professional certification in counselling will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in counselling, preferably in an educational institution, corporate organization, social organization, or similar environment.
• Experience in handling one-to-one counselling, behavioural concerns, career guidance, and sensitive situations will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experience in handling one-to-one counselling, behavioural concerns, career guidance, and sensitive situations will be preferred.
• Conduct individual counselling sessions and provide appropriate emotional, behavioural, academic, career, or personal guidance as required.
• Understand and assess concerns through active listening, structured discussions, and appropriate counselling techniques.
• Provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment for individuals seeking counselling.
• Assist individuals in identifying concerns, developing coping strategies, and making informed decisions.
• Provide guidance on interpersonal, workplace, academic, career, and other relevant concerns.
• Identify situations requiring specialized professional intervention and recommend referral to appropriate external professionals or specialists, wherever necessary.
• Maintain confidential records of counselling sessions, observations, follow-ups, and interventions in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards.
• Conduct follow-up sessions to monitor progress and provide continued support where required.
