Are you a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a busy school environment? Glade Academy are seeking an Operations Officer to play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our academy. This rewarding position sits at the heart of school operations, ensuring efficient processes, effective coordination, and high-quality support for staff, students, and visitors.

Working as part of a collaborative and dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the success of the academy. If you are passionate about continuous improvement, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced educational setting, we would love to hear from you.

What you will need

  • Level 2 ( GCSE A*-C) or equivalent in English and maths
  • Business Admin/equivalent qualification or recent high level office experience
  • Experience in a busy general office environment
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience coordinating/managing wider functions
  • Understanding of education preferably primary
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure at key times
  • Able to produce reports from systems
  • Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role
  • A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
