Automotive Aftersales & Parts Performance Consultant

As a trusted advisor to our dealer network, you will

• Conduct dealer performance reviews and identify growth opportunities
• Analyze parts sales performance and operational processes
• Develop practical action plans to improve results
• Coach dealer management teams and parts departments
• Support the implementation of best practices across dealerships
• Monitor performance improvements and provide ongoing guidance
• Identify opportunities to increase parts sales and customer retention
• Collaborate with automotive manufacturers and dealership stakeholders

✅ 1-3 years of experience in

• Automotive Aftersales
• Parts Sales
• Dealer Network Development
• Service Operations
• Automotive Consulting

• ✅ Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ✅ Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• ✅ Fluent Italian and good English
• ✅ Willingness to travel extensively across Northern Italy

• 90% Field based job throughout Northern Italy
• Working pattern: Monday to Friday
