About The Role

We’re Hiring: Diagnostic Technician Location: Fujairah, UAE Ali & Sons is looking for a skilled and technically proficient Diagnostic Technician to support workshop operations by accurately diagnosing and resolving complex electrical, electronic, networking, and vehicle system issues. This role plays a key part in ensuring technical faults are correctly identified, repaired, and documented while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, networking, and vehicle system faults using VDS and other diagnostic tools. Conduct vehicle inspections, review vehicle history, and perform guided fault-finding to identify root causes. Verify customer complaints and provide clear diagnostic findings and repair recommendations. Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, Team Leaders, and Workshop Controllers to arrange required repairs and parts. Stay updated on technical bulletins, new technologies, and technical campaigns. Ensure warranty procedures are followed and prepare technical reports as required. Identify and report vehicle quality issues and support technical campaign requirements. Maintain special tools, company assets, and a clean and organized work area. Follow company SOPs and health & safety requirements. Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience High Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant diagnostic experience. Experience as an Automotive Senior Mechanic, Electrician, or Mechatronics professional is preferred. Certified Master Technician qualification is required. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical, electronic, and diagnostic systems. Computer literate with experience using diagnostic/workshop systems. Valid UAE Driving License is required. Why Join Us?
