Summer Associate Internship (Penetration Testing)

The Adversarial Security Practice (ASP) is part of Navy Federal’s Secure Innovation & Resiliency (SIR) organization and is responsible for conducting penetration testing, red team operations, remediation validation, and other adversarial security assessments to identify and help remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited. ASP partners with technology, development, and cybersecurity teams to improve security controls, validate defenses, and strengthen the organization’s overall security posture. A Summer Associate on the team will gain hands-on exposure to offensive security operations, security research, penetration testing activities, and strategic cybersecurity initiatives while working alongside experienced security professionals. The associate will also complete a meaningful project that delivers lasting value through research, process improvement, or security capability development.
