Director, Governance. Risk and Compliance

Role Summary: Responsible for developing and establishing the Enterprise Governance and Risk Management framework supporting governing bodies' decisions and identifying threats respectively, supervising the establishment of the Compliance framework, managing compliance, and improving business processes and operations. The Corporate Governance General Manager will play a role in establishing the Company’s Internal Control System that supports the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of policies and frameworks.
