Postpaid Billing Analyst

The Postpaid Billing Analyst is responsible for providing independent assurance over the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of postpaid billing and associated revenue. The role performs end-to-end controls across usage capture, mediation, rating, discounting, bill production, adjustments, collections interfaces and financial reporting to identify revenue leakage, billing errors and control gaps before they affect customers or the business. The analyst will use data analytics, reconciliations and root-cause analysis to validate billing outcomes, quantify exposure, drive corrective actions and support continuous improvement of the postpaid revenue-assurance control environment.
