Tax Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Direct Tax to independently lead and manage the entire Direct Tax function for Vertiv India and its overseas entities. This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role requiring end-to-end management of direct tax compliances, transfer pricing, litigation, audits and business partnering — serving as the single point of contact for all Direct Tax matters across the organization, with extensive coordination and communication with EY, PwC, Advocates and Legal Counsels for tax litigation matters, along with APAC and Global Tax teams.
