The Senior Talent Acquisition Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the global Talent Acquisition team. The role maintains accurate recruitment data, coordinates requisition and candidate activities, and supports job posting, interview scheduling, and reporting processes through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The position also supports process improvement initiatives and assigned projects to promote consistent, timely, and high-quality recruitment operations.
