Role & Responsibilities

• Understand all aspects of assigned US Defined Benefit in manual calculations in order to effectively provide customer service.
• Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
• Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements.
• Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits.
• Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts(5:30Pm- 3:00AM)
• Candidate should be comfortable with 5 days work from office.
• Candidate should have good communication skills.
