About The Role

The Lead Principal Community Partnerships and Engagement Program Manager advances Oracle’s presence and long-term success in Nashville. This leader builds trusted relationships with civic, business, education, workforce, nonprofit, and government stakeholders; develops high-impact partnerships; and positions Oracle ’ s Nashville HQ as a committed, valued community partner. The role also supports Oracle’s broader AI and Data Center growth by strengthening the local relationships and credibility essential to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Develop and lead Oracle’s community partnership and engagement strategy for Nashville, aligned with business priorities and community needs.
  • Relationships: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across government, business, education, workforce development, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector.
  • Partnerships: Translate shared priorities into strategic partnerships, scalable programs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Representation: Represent Oracle in Nashville community and advise company leaders on stakeholder priorities, opportunities, and risks.
  • Alignment: Coordinate internal teams around shared community priorities and effective execution.
  • Impact: Establish success measures, evaluate progress, and communicate the impact of Oracle’s community presence and partnerships .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Public Affairs, Community Relations, Business or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 10+ years in external affairs, community engagement, public policy, economic development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven record building trusted, senior-level relationships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
  • Experience creating initiatives that advance both business objectives and community priorities.
  • Strong executive presence, judgment, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and lead complex cross-functional programs from strategy through delivery.
  • Familiarity with Nashville’s civic, business, and community landscape strongly preferred.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
