The Role
As a Senior Associate, Video Investment, you will serve as a credible expert on the video marketplace, responsible for the overall execution and management of media efforts for assigned clients. In this role, you will focus on planning, negotiating, providing ratings estimates, developing relationships with internal and external clients, and mentoring support staff.
To be successful in this role, you will work cross-functionally to produce the most effective and relevant media plan recommendations to meet client goals.
Responsibilities
- Inputting and stewarding client schedules, including season-to-dates and post-analyses
- Handling day-to-day client scheduling requests
- Coordinating billing discrepancy resolution with vendors and finance
- Developing and maintaining quarterly flighting charts for assigned brands
- Monitoring program content screenings, do-not-air lists, time locks, and day restrictions
- Developing quarterly post-buy analyses
- Assisting with creation of client presentations
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in video buying and negotiating media buys
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Team-oriented and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
- Basic media math knowledge

 $40,000 - $75,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
