Job Description

• Deploy new terminals and train the merchants.
• Terminal maintenance.
• Upgrade POS application in the market with new versions.
• Test the new services including AMEX, National Express, key entry, etc.
• Prepare terminals (new, maintenance) for merchant and customer service.
• Answer queries and resolve issues by phone.
• Send the daily report and make sure to close all of the reassigning tickets.
• Equipped with all tools necessary for support (USB, cables, test cards, SIMs, etc.).
• Daily, receives the Daily track sheet with the assigned visits, and sign, in addition to the preparer and POS manager name and signature.
• Ensure training the client to send the request by our channels (RPM help desk, Call center team, ETC…).
