Job Descriptions

This programme is aimed at developing future leaders in the palm oil sector. It equips our candidates with strong management skills and the relevant industry best practices. This six-month programme will be conducted across our plantations in Indonesia.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) / Diploma 4 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistic Management, or Tranpostation Management
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Fresh graduates and those with a year of working experience
• Preferably those participated in college organisations such as BEM, DMPU etc.
• Willing to attend training for 6 months (3 months in class training and 3 months OJT) and a bond period of two years
• Show integrity, strong analytical, and leadership skills
• Strong team player
• Willing to be placed in any of our plantations
• Location Training : Batu Ampar - Kalimantan Selatan
