Your role

• You lead and further develop the Supply Products subprocess, ensuring the availability of products and accessories
• You take overall responsibility for operational performance and strategic priorities
• You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions and continuous improvement
• You support and develop leaders while fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment
• You represent Supply Products in cross-functional initiatives and projects

• You bring experience in Operations; experience in electronics manufacturing is an advantage
• You have proven experience and you enjoy leading and developing people, teams, or projects
• You think strategically, make sound decisions, and involve different perspectives when tackling complex challenges
• You communicate effectively with different stakeholders and build trusted relationships across organizational boundaries
• You are fluent in English; German is an advantage
