Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Co-op Trainee in Project Coordination - Saudi National to join our team!

In this role, you will learn and assist in maintaining and managing critical project coordination, communication and documentation, ensuring accurate, effective and efficient coordination and control of project records.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Stakeholder communication between the Client, Consultant, Contractor, and project teams.
  • Arabic–English communication support, particularly where information needs to be clearly understood by different stakeholders.
  • Meeting coordination — scheduling, invitations, agendas, attendance, and preparation of meeting materials.
  • Meeting minutes — documenting discussions, decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines in clear professional English.
  • Action tracking — following up with stakeholders on outstanding actions and commitments.
  • Translation support for project correspondence, presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications where required.
  • Stakeholder mapping — maintaining stakeholder contact lists, roles, responsibilities, and communication channels.
  • Workshop coordination — supporting client workshops, presentations, stakeholder sessions, and engagement events.
  • Presentation preparation — helping prepare bilingual presentations and briefing materials.
  • Information coordination — collecting information from different teams and consolidating it for meetings and reports.
  • Follow-up with local stakeholders — particularly where Arabic communication and cultural understanding can help move an issue forward.
  • Support the submission of documents to clients, regulatory authorities, and other external parties.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Incumbent must be in the final year in his/her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Communication, Public Relation, English Major.
  • Saudi national, with 0 to 1 year of experience in document control, administration, or a similar role (internship experience is also welcome)..

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

  • Basic knowledge of document control processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
  • A proactive approach to improving document control processes and resolving issues.
