Senior Data Analyst, Driver Operations

As a Senior Data Analyst at Lalamove, you will be shaping the future of Lalamove operations through data-driven insights. You will deep dive into our data and uncover actionable learnings to empower Operations teams in making informed business decisions across markets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating value out of data and impacting business performance.

What you will do

• Develop and apply analytical frameworks for solving complex business problems

• Partner with stakeholders across the company to influence business objectives and goals

• Build intuitive and impactful dashboards to allow stakeholders to make data-informed decisions

• Synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations and effectively communicate them to different audiences

• Lead data-driven learning process of effective pre-launch impact measurement planning and post-implementation data review

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role
• -
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with good understanding of data warehousing concepts
• -
• Experience using Tableau or other BI Tools for reporting and analyses
• -
• Proven track record of leveraging data to influence decision making
• -
• Good command of English (both written and oral)
