AIX Server engineer , Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts. Specialist in IBM Power 9 systems, with AIX operating System 6-7 .

Requirements / Qualifications : Expert in AIX skills,

• Design and Build New clusters
• AIX OS Migration from AIX 5.3/6.1 to AIX 7.1/7.2 & IBM Power Systems technology refresh from POWER4/5/6 to POWER7/8/9 systems RHEL Operating System
• Migrate legacy HACMP and Power HA versions from 5.4/5.5/6.1 to Power HA 7.1/7.2.
• Managing HMC (& managing via HMC-Command line), Virtual I/O servers (VIOS) and AIX LPARs in POWER8/9 systems.
• Deploying & maintaining Power virtualization(VIOS) and VMware virtualization.
• Redhat/Veritas Cluster skills
• Expertise in Scripting.
