Sales Development Representative (German-speaking)

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a ground-floor opportunity to own the German-speaking top-of-funnel at a fast-growing AI software startup. You will sit at the intersection of sales and marketing, turning inbound leads into qualified demos for Account Executives while helping shape the SDR function itself. Strong performance opens a clear, near-term path to a closing role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the full German-speaking top-of-funnel from first contact through to qualified demo handoff.
• Qualify and prioritize inbound leads generated by marketing.
• Execute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and experiment with new channels.
• Build, test, measure, and iterate on outreach sequences and hypotheses.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of SDR workflows and processes.
• Support new customer onboarding as part of the handover process.
• Progress toward an Account Executive role by consistently delivering top performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1 or more years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales; motivated junior candidates with strong fundamentals may also be considered.
• Native-level German with a confident, professional phone presence.
• Strong spoken and written English, the working language of the team.
• Experience designing, testing, and improving multi-channel outreach sequences and cadences.
• A competitive, output-driven mindset and genuine motivation by uncapped earning potential.
• Ability to form hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate based on results.
• Comfort operating in a fast-growing startup environment and contributing to process-building from an early stage.
• Background in B2B SaaS sales is a strong advantage.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary in the range of 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually, plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
