About The Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

A consumer healthtech company, operating in a large and underserved segment of the German market, is hiring a small number of exceptional generalists to work directly with its founder. This is a ground-floor opportunity where the scope of the role is deliberately open, shaped by who takes it and what the company needs most.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work side by side with the founder on the problems that determine whether the company wins.
  • Own workstreams end to end, from first principles through to something shipped and measurable.
  • Move between commercial, operational, and product work as priorities shift, often within the same week.
  • Build structure where none exists, then rebuild it as the company outgrows it.
  • Use AI and automation as a default working method, not a side project.
  • Make decisions quickly with incomplete information and correct course fast when needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Evidence of operating at a genuinely exceptional level, regardless of conventional credentials or job titles.
  • Experience shipping products or solutions from concept to delivery in resource-constrained or early-stage environments.
  • A track record of executing with high velocity and delivering results on compressed timelines.
  • Experience working directly with founders or senior executives in an operational or strategic capacity.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information, identify core problems, and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • Hands-on experience building or deploying AI automation tools and workflows.
  • Comfort in unstructured, fast-moving environments where the roadmap changes and no brief is handed to you.
  • A background in management consulting or a top-tier strategy firm is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or familiarity with healthcare business models is a plus.
  • Fluent German, spoken and written, is a hard requirement.
  • Local work authorization in Germany is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary of EUR 70,000 to EUR 100,000 annually, open at the upper end depending on seniority. A meaningful equity component is included as a genuine part of the package.

LOCATION

On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days a week. Relocation is welcome.
