Technical Chief of Staff

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-impact, founder-facing role at an early-stage AI productivity startup in Stockholm. As Technical Chief of Staff, you will partner directly with the founding team to help scale product, go-to-market, and operations, making this an exceptional launchpad for future founders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner closely with founders across product, GTM, and operations to drive strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to align priorities and accelerate execution across the team.
• Translate high-level strategic goals into concrete plans and track delivery against tight deadlines.
• Provide technical context and project-level insights to support founder decision-making.
• Own high-impact projects end-to-end, continuously prioritizing what moves the company forward.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt quickly as priorities shift.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong technical background and solid CS fundamentals, through formal training or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into concrete plans and deliver cross-functional initiatives under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for close collaboration with founders and small, fast-moving teams.
• Comfort with shifting priorities, non-standard startup hours, and high-stress environments.
• Recently graduated or early-career profile with a preference for an equity-forward compensation structure.
• Bonus: genuine interest in branding, design, or social channels.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary in the range of $55,000 to $80,000 USD per year, plus meaningful equity options (0.15% to 0.50%). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

This is a fully on-site role based in Stockholm, Sweden. Candidates must be willing to relocate to or already be based in Stockholm.
