Regular Business Analyst/ IAM/ 1

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Engineer to join our cross-functional team responsible for Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role is pivotal in bridging business and technology, focusing on requirements engineering to ensure well-defined, testable requirements for the successful delivery of our IAM products.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering:
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for IAM applications, including those based on Keycloak.
• Create and maintain high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Actively participate in backlog refinement and prioritization sessions.
• Conduct business process analysis and stakeholder management.
• Validate and prioritize requirements to align with business goals.
• Agile Delivery:
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects in a SCRUM environment.
• Support effort estimation and delivery planning.
• Work effectively within a cross-functional team to ensure agile product development.
• Technical Understanding:
• Possess a strong understanding of web technologies, IAM, Keycloak/OAUTH2, and API/system integration basics.
• Translate business requirements into clear and implementable technical requirements.
• Tools:
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Quality & Methodology:
• Ensure traceability, consistency, and testability of requirements.
• Adhere to documentation standards and maintain strong analytical skills.
• Support the development team throughout implementation and testing phases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product and delivery processes.
• Requirements Engineering:
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and documentation.
• Expertise in user story creation and acceptance criteria definition.
• Skilled in backlog refinement and business process analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient in requirements validation and prioritization.
• Agile Delivery:
• Experience with SCRUM and agile product development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Support for effort estimation in an agile environment.
• Technical Understanding:
• Knowledge of web technologies, IAM, Keycloak/OAUTH2, and API/system integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Tools:
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Quality & Methodology:
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on requirement traceability and testability.
• Adherence to documentation standards.

Hybrid work model:   3 days from the office, 2 days of home office.
