Administration Manager

<1.Financial> Management and Reporting: •Ensure accurate financial reporting and controls •Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities. •Monitor cash flow, working capital and liquidity requirements. •Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. •Maintain effective internal controls and safeguard company assets. •Oversee payroll administration and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and related statutory submissions. •Support the General Manager in achieving financial objectives. 2.Administration and Business Operations: •Lead and manage administrative functions and support services. •Ensure efficient day-to-day business operations. •Oversee office management, facilities and business infrastructure. •Oversee the administration of commercial contracts, leases and service agreements. •Ensure administrative processes support operational effectiveness. 3.Procurement & Materials Management: •Oversee purchasing and supplier management processes. •Ensure effective inventory, and distribution management. •Manage vendor relationships and service agreements. •Support cost control and procurement efficiencies. 4.Governance, Compliance and Risk Management: •Support compliance with company policies, legal requirements and internal controls. •Coordinate tax statutory and regulatory compliance requirements •Manage insurance facilities and business continuity requirements •Identify and mitigate operational and administrative risks. 5.Process Improvement & Systems Management: •Drive continuous improvement of business processes •Ensure effective utilization of business systems and reporting tools. •Support organizational efficiency through process optimization initiatives 6.Leadership and People Management: •Lead and develop the Administration team members •Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. •Ensure employees are appropriately trained and supported to achieve business objectives.

•Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field is preferred. •Strong financial skills •Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills •Strong analytical problem-solving skills •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Travel may be required.

The Administration Manager is responsible for the effective management of the company’s financial, administrative, procurement, facilities and business support functions. The role ensures sound financial control efficient business operations, regulatory compliance and the continuous improvement of systems and processes to support the achievement of the Company’s strategic and operational objectives.
