As part of our commitment to exceptional service and a deeply nurturing guest journey, we’re seeking a passionate and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

Step into a key leadership role at Elysia Wellness Retreat, where you’ll support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, guiding a high-performing team, and shaping a guest journey defined by care, calm, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Assisting in the daily leadership of the Front Office team to deliver warm, seamless guest service from arrival to departure.
  • Creating a welcoming environment that aligns with the retreat’s values of wellbeing and genuine care.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to grow their skills, confidence, and service delivery.
  • Handling guest feedback with empathy and professionalism, ensuring quick and thoughtful resolutions.
  • Overseeing front office operations including bookings, reporting, and daily procedures.

Shift Details (subject to change)

  • Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday 
  • Shift times scheduled within 7:00am to 11:00pm
  • Immediate start available

To be successful you will require the following experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in a front office or guest-facing role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
  • A natural leader with strong people skills and a supportive, team-first mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a calm and professional presence.
  • A guest-first approach and passion for delivering meaningful, personalised service.
  • Experience with front office systems and knowledge of trust accounting processes.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • An interest in health, wellness, or spa environments is highly regarded.
