Lead Event Specialist Part Time

Looking for a flexible part-time opportunity that combines customer interaction and leadership?
At Product Connections, our Lead Event Specialists help create engaging shopping experiences through product demonstrations inside Sam's Club. In this role, you'll interact with customers, provide product samples, support event operations, and serve as a resource for other team members.

No prior demonstration experience is required. We provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.
- Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
- Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
- Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
- Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
- Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
- Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
- Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
- Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
- Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
- Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, and climb a step ladder as needed.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
