About the Role

• We’re hiring an experienced B2B Account Executive to own the sales process from qualified opportunity through close.
• You’ll lead discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing while maintaining a healthy pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct discovery and qualification calls
• Understand customer challenges, goals, and buying criteria
• Deliver compelling product or service presentations and demos
• Develop proposals and commercial recommendations
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing and terms
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong discovery, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
• Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM platforms
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills
• Results-driven and comfortable working against revenue targets
