As our Working Student, you will support our HR Business Partner on-site in managing core HR processes for our production and manufacturing team, help deliver a seamless employee experience while getting hands-on exposure to HR in an industrial environment.

Beyond operational support, you will help keep our on-site team stay connected and engaged, contributing to a workplace culture that's cohesive, compliant, and genuinely people-first.

Your Roadmap to make an impact

• Support end-to-end on-boarding processes for our production and manufacturing unit preparing documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth first day
• Help maintain and update personnel records and HR systems, keeping data accurate and complete
• Support time tracking, shift scheduling, and vacation management
• Support communication between the production site and the HR team at our HQ, helping information flow clearly in both directions
• Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and checking relevant data ahead of deadlines
• Help ensure day-to-day HR practices stay aligned with German labor law and internal policy, particularly within a production environment
• Act as a first point of contact for straightforward employee questions on and day-to-day HR topics, escalating more complex matters to the HR Generalist
