Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Head to lead the Wire at our Nagpur branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, developing product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, and driving business growth through customer-centric and innovative solutions. The Product Head will collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, technology, and leadership teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to drive product decisions.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and resource availability.
• Drive product revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and customer acquisition.
• Partner with customer support and operations teams to improve customer experience.
• Present product strategies, progress, and performance reports to senior management.
• Act as the key stakeholder for product-related decisions.
• Build, lead, and mentor the product management team.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
