Our Operations team is seeking an innovative, detailed oriented professional to fill the role of Administrator to deliver top-notch banking and investment services for our financial operations. What You Will Do As an Administrator in our Operations team, you will use your creative energy and sharp technical and soft skills to provide investment administration services. Key Responsibilities Process transactions related to security trades and other investment activities timely and accurately. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly custodian reconciliations in accordance with our reconciliations mandate. Support the administration relating to the Bank’s tax and regulatory reporting obligations, including but not limited to our annual tax filings and periodic audits. Perform functions relation to corporate actions administration including but not limited to event elections, transaction postings and the provision of reports for analysis. Empower decision-making with insightful management reports on investment activities. Qualifications & Skills : Undergraduate degree in a business-related field. 2 years’ experience in the Banking and Finance industry. Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course or similar certification. Stellar written and verbal communication skills. Logical, analytical and pro-active thinker. Meticulous attention to detail A high level of computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Python, Power Automate, Power BI and SQL queries will be an asset. Interested persons should apply by September 23, 2026.
