School of Hospitality - Associate Lecturer at RPO Republic

About The Role

Deliver planned curriculum to adult learners in continuing education training (CET) programmes on scheduled weekdays, weeknights or occasional weekends.
Facilitate students’ learning, perform assessment grading, and other academic duties such as invigilation.
Deliver and update of training materials, including manuals, guides and instructional videos.
Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and areas of improvement.
Perform curriculum development, lesson design, course delivery and module(s) supervision roles in at least two of the following subject areas:

At least 8-10 years of relevant industry experience in hospitality, education, marketing, business development and/or consultancy.
High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Strong industry links and exposures in related industry and sectors.
Experience in developing a curriculum or providing training in a client-facing environment.
Applicants with WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and the WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) accreditation would be an advantage.
As some runs of the Aesthetics, Wellness and Spa programmes are conducted in Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking participants, candidates proficient in Mandarin are welcome to apply.
