Construction Site Manager

• 2 - 3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field
• Good and proven knowledge in MEP and civil construction (structural is a strong added value), experienced in handling construction contractors.
• High sense of safety and vitality.
• Passionate in Sport
• Ability to use autoCAD for editing is a strong added value but not mandatory.
• Very mobile in/out Jakarta (basically everywhere in Indonesia even mostly will be on Java and Bali).
• Based : Pondok Indah (DECATHLON HQ) when not at site (est. 1 day a week). Most of the time (4-5 days a week) will be posted at construction sites.

Job Description

• End-to-End Construction: Lead real estate projects, from initial design and landlord negotiations through construction, site checks, and final closeout.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Handle tendering, draft technical specs, negotiate contracts, and manage external suppliers within budget and timeline constraints.
• Compliance & Permits: Ensure full adherence to local laws, safety standards, building permits, and environmental studies.
• Portfolio & Store Support: Support existing stores with major technical updates (downsizing, revamps) while onboarding new vendors and aligning with global standards.
