About The Role
Job Overview
The Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices. They will be tasked with solving complex Talent Acquisition-related problems and will work independently with minimal guidance. The Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist may be responsible for leading functional teams or projects and is regarded as a specialist in the field of Talent Acquisition. This position may also be responsible for training less experienced team members. As such, they must have in-depth expertise in Talent Acquisition and broad knowledge of the Talent Acquisition discipline within the Human Resources function.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure company core values are met and possess the application of equal opportunity and diversity
- Lead other Talent Acquisition team members located in the same country or region
- Provide support and consultative advice to all business levels and company functions in terms of recruitment requirements as per company structure professional positions, and liaise with contractors for short-term hires
- Liaise with Human Resources Generalists and Operations to align functional work requisitions and requirements as per company structure and contractual obligations for temporary hires
- Attract and recruit top-tier talent to the organization for all requested requirements
- Work closely with the Global Resource Center (GRC) to ensure all recruiting activities are accurately represented at any point in time in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- As needed, work globally within the company to achieve the Talent Acquisition recruiting goals regardless of location
- Meet and exceed both personal and Talent Acquisition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Essential Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 7-9 years of Talent Acquisition experience required
- Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and prioritize
- Flexible attitude, ready to take on tasks outside the main scope of work, team player
- Solutions orientated with effective communication skills
- Ability to lead a small team
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Outstanding candidate management and negotiation skills
