As a Platform Success Representative, you will be

• Achiev ing sales targets by proactively managing a group of platform trading customers.
• Identify ing , onboard ing , and reactivat ing new and dormant online partners.
• Train ing and educat ing partners to promote a self-serve approach on the platform.
• Collaborat ing with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities through the platform.
• Handl ing inbound queries and provid ing solutions within the defined SLA.
• Focus ing on customer base growth, platform utilization , and revenue targets.
• Resolving day-to-day platform issues and driving insights during customer interactions.
• Promot ing Ingram Micro campaigns and increasing platform engagement.
• Driv ing self-serve quoting and quote-to-order conversions.
• Monitor ing customer trends and collaborating on resolving challenges.
• Working a Monday to Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
