About The Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supports full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, partnering with business leaders and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and build qualified talent pipelines. The role combines proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, market intelligence, and recruiting analytics to support business priorities and a strong candidate experience. The role also contributes to recruiting practices and coaches newer Talent Acquisition team members.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business leaders and Hiring Managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and sourcing strategies across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
- Manage approximately 15–20 concurrent permanent, freelance, and contractor requisitions while maintaining candidate pipelines and delivering full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using recruiting tools, professional networks, and market intelligence to build qualified talent pools across Client Services, Strategy, PMO, Creative, and Medical Strategy.
- Use recruiting analytics, market insights, and stakeholder feedback to improve hiring velocity, candidate experience, sourcing effectiveness, and selection practices.
- Coach and mentor newer Talent Acquisition and Talent Engagement partners while contributing recruiting best practices and solutions across the team.
Required
- 5–7+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment and exposure to external hiring agencies.
Demonstrated recruiting experience within the healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare marketing space, with evidence of successfully filling specialised roles.
- Agency, advertising, marketing, or comparable recruiting experience with demonstrated hiring across Client Services, Strategy, PMO, Creative, or Medical Strategy functions.
- Experience managing approximately 15–20 concurrent requisitions across permanent, freelance, and contractor hiring needs.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and Hiring Managers to define requirements, present talent insights, and influence recruiting decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to source, screen, interview, and manage broad candidate pipelines across multiple regions and position types.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential candidate information appropriately throughout the recruitment process.

- Experience recruiting across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM in a global organisation.
- Experience in healthcare marketing, life sciences, or an advertising agency environment.
- Experience using recruiting analytics, market intelligence, or sourcing technologies to improve hiring outcomes.
- Experience coaching or mentoring newer recruiters or Talent Acquisition team members.
