This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Salesforce Administrator based in Canada.

Join a distributed technology team supporting the modernization and consolidation of systems across a growing portfolio of service-focused <businesses.You>’ll serve as a key Salesforce and business systems expert, helping teams improve processes, documentation, data, and technology operations.The role combines hands-on Salesforce administration with business analysis, project support, data migration, and systems <transformation.You>’ll work across CRM, sales enablement, support, eSignature, and project management platforms.Your ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions will directly support operational efficiency and user <adoption.You>’ll collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.This is an opportunity to influence technology transformation while expanding your expertise across a broad business applications ecosystem.

Accountabilities

  • Serve as a Center of Excellence for Sales, Sales Operations, and related business processes, providing Salesforce expertise and operational guidance.
  • Support the evaluation of current systems and processes across business units, identifying opportunities for standardization, consolidation, and improvement.
  • Help define project scopes for technology transformation initiatives and contribute practical ideas and solutions for building a more centralized technology environment.
  • Own assigned project action items and collaborate with Project Managers to maintain detailed plans and deliverables for transformation initiatives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, administrative best practices, process frameworks, and implementation standards using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Gather, document, validate, and translate business and functional requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Lead data migration activities for business units transitioning from one platform to another as part of system consolidation projects.
  • Provide Salesforce administration and development support across a range of business applications and platforms.
  • Support CRM environments including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zoho, and HubSpot.
  • Provide support for sales enablement technologies such as Salesforce High Velocity Sales, SalesLoft, Outreach, and InsideSales.
  • Support eSignature solutions including DocuSign and Conga.
  • Contribute to support-platform administration across solutions such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Zendesk.
  • Support project management platforms such as TaskRay and Asana.
  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions to identify business needs and define effective solutions.
  • Contribute to change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple departments and geographic locations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong Salesforce administration expertise, with the ability to support business processes, system configuration, and ongoing platform improvements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
  • Experience developing process flows, user stories, use cases, functional specifications, or similar business and technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment where priorities and resources are shared across multiple departments.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, or requirements-gathering activities.
  • Familiarity with change management and user adoption best practices.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or comparable software development and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed, remote environment while maintaining effective communication with global stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to learn additional business applications and platforms beyond Salesforce.
  • Experience with CRM, sales enablement, eSignature, customer support, or project management platforms is an asset.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to company offices in North America, including potential travel to Denver, Colorado.

Benefits

Compensation: Target base salary of $145,000–$155,000 CAD per year in most Canadian locations, with final compensation determined by location, market conditions, experience, and expertise.
