As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving growth for a rapidly scaling global B2B <marketplace.You>’ll manage inbound opportunities while proactively identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across the European market.Your primary goal will be to qualify prospects quickly and effectively and convert them into confirmed demonstrations for Account <Executives.You>’ll operate in a high-velocity sales environment built around disciplined outreach, sharp qualification, and consistent follow-up.Using phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM tools, you’ll create meaningful conversations at scale while maintaining a high standard of execution.Your prospect insights will help improve messaging, targeting, objection handling, and sales strategies across the wider revenue organization.This is an ideal opportunity for a resilient, ambitious sales professional who thrives on measurable targets, ownership, pace, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Respond rapidly to inbound leads within established SLAs and convert qualified prospects into booked and confirmed demonstrations.
  • Build and execute structured outbound sequences targeting relevant retailers and prospective business customers.
  • Personalize outreach efficiently across phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
  • Qualify prospects based on buyer profile, purchasing volume, commercial intent, business needs, and expected timeline.
  • Quickly identify and disqualify low-potential leads so that sales resources remain focused on the strongest opportunities.
  • Book, confirm, and protect qualified demonstrations, using reminders and pre-demo engagement to minimize no-shows.
  • Maintain exceptionally accurate CRM records, ensuring every interaction is logged, leads are correctly categorized, and pipeline data remains reliable.
  • Consistently execute high-volume sales activity while maintaining quality, relevance, and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Capture and communicate insights from prospect conversations, including recurring objections, effective messaging, customer needs, and high-converting segments.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified opportunities are handed over effectively and contain the necessary context for the next stage.
  • Review activity and conversion performance regularly and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve results.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS, technology, B2B sales, SDR, or BDR role involving a high-volume, transactional sales model.
  • Experience working with short sales cycles, ambitious activity targets, and measurable weekly or monthly performance goals.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and strong written communication, with confidence engaging prospects across multiple channels.
  • Comfortable completing 60–80+ meaningful prospect interactions per day while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Strong qualification skills and the ability to quickly assess buyer fit, purchasing potential, intent, and timing.
  • Highly process-oriented, with a strong appreciation for sales cadences, CRM hygiene, structured follow-up, and accurate pipeline management.
  • Resilient and coachable, able to respond constructively to rejection and maintain consistent energy throughout the sales cycle.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of personal ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly scaling environment where processes, priorities, and targets may evolve.
  • Analytical and curious, with the ability to turn prospect feedback and performance data into actionable improvements.
  • Native or professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Previous jewellery, diamond, or gemstone industry experience is not required; commercial drive, discipline, and willingness to learn are more important.
  • Comfortable working remotely as part of a globally distributed and collaborative sales organization.
