Homewood is seeking a Content Creator, Photo & Video to join the Resort Marketing Department. Job Summary

The Content Creator is a field-focused creative role responsible for capturing timely, authentic photo and video content across Homewood. Working under the direction of the Resort Marketing Manager and Media Coordinator, this position helps document the daily mountain experience for use across social media, digital channels, advertising, events, and other marketing needs.

This role is built for someone who is comfortable being outside, moving around the mountain, and finding the moments that tell the Homewood story. The ideal candidate combines strong skiing or riding ability with creative instincts, technical camera skills, and the flexibility to support both planned shoots and real-time content needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photography and video of mountain conditions, skiing and riding, events, guest experiences, community moments, and resort operations.
  • Assist the Media Coordinator and Resort Marketing Manager with planned photo and video shoots, campaigns, events, and special projects.
  • Capture short-form and real-time content that can be quickly shared across Homewood social and digital channels.
  • Edit selected photo and video content using Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable editing tools.
  • Follow established file-management, naming, upload, and backup processes so content can be efficiently used by the Resort Marketing Team.
  • Create content that authentically represents Homewood's mountain experience, West Shore setting, community, and culture.
  • Work collaboratively with resort departments and team members while capturing content in active operating environments.
  • Maintain Homewood brand standards and professional conduct while working around guests and resort operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong photography and videography skills with a demonstrated eye for outdoor, action, lifestyle, hospitality, or resort content.
  • Proficiency with mirrorless cameras, action cameras, gimbals, and related production equipment.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
  • Ability to work independently in the field while taking creative direction and collaborating with the Resort Marketing Team.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable file-management practices.
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills when interacting with guests, community members, and team members.
  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate preferred.
  • Advanced ski or snowboard ability with the ability to safely navigate mountain terrain while carrying camera equipment.
  • Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining clear communication with the Media Coordinator and Resort Marketing Manager.

  • Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.

The Company’s good faith estimate of the hourly rate it expects to pay for this role is $24-$28 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
