Duties & Responsibilities

• ● Lead planning, execution and coordination to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and alignment with technical/quality/cost goals.
• ● Develop project plans (milestones, resources, risk control); track progress and resolve deviations
• ● Manage supply chains: evaluate suppliers, monitor material delivery and control costs.
• ● Lead BOM maintenance with R&D/supply chain for production and cost control accuracy.
• ● Monitor project quality/cost/timelines; identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• ● Refine project management processes and document learnings for future projects

Qualification & Requirements

• ● 3–5 years PM experience in optical transceivers or relevant; preferred: 400G/800G data communication or coherent modules.
• ● Proven full product life cycle experience (successful R&D-to-post-maintenance module project).
• ● Cross-functional team management; conflict resolution and goal-driven.
• ● Proficient in Microsoft Project, Jira (plan development, progress tracking, reporting).
• ● Excellent communication: engage teams/suppliers/demand side and resolve conflicts.
• ● Strong execution/resilience; managing parallel tasks and emergencies.
• ● Strong English (technical document reading; international communication a plus).
