ABOUT BIGGER GAMESWe're looking for a Level Designer who will grow with the challenges of chart-topping games. At Bigger, Level Designers combine creativity, player understanding, and data to craft engaging experiences that keep millions of players challenged and <entertained.You>’ll work closely with Product Managers, Game Developers, and Game Artists to create, test, and continuously improve levels while shaping the overall player experience.If you are a passionate Level Designer who loves puzzle games, enjoys understanding what makes a level fun, and shares our passion for playing and crafting great games, come and join us!ABOUT THIS ROLE:Design, build, test, and continuously improve engaging levels for our gamesBalance difficulty and progression to create a smooth, challenging, and enjoyable player experienceAnalyze player behavior, game metrics, and level performance to identify opportunities for improvementCombine creativity and data to iterate on existing levels and create new gameplay experiencesCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Game Developers, and Game Artists to bring levels and gameplay ideas to lifePlaytest levels regularly and fine-tune them based on player behavior, data, and team feedbackContribute new ideas for game mechanics, features, and level design improvementsFollow the puzzle and hybrid-casual market closely to understand emerging mechanics, trends, and player expectationsContribute to improving our level design tools, workflows, and processesYOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field2+ years of experience in Level Design, Game Design, Product, or a similar role in the mobile gaming industryStrong understanding of puzzle game mechanics, level progression, and difficulty balancingAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret game data and turn insights into design decisionsGood understanding of player behavior, engagement, and retentionStrong sense of gameplay experience with great attention to detailAbility to rapidly test, iterate, and improve ideas based on data and feedbackStrong communication and collaboration skillsBONUS POINT IF:You’re familiar with hybrid casual games and actively keep up with the latest trends.
