Lab Associate

• Previous cell culture media development or industrial bioprocess experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with research collaborations
• Understanding cell culture basics: Laboratory safety, aseptic technique, etc.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative by independently identifying and developing solutions to problems.
• Ability to work on multiple projects to meet predetermined deadlines.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in protection and dissemination of Company confidential and proprietary information
• Good communication and writing skills
