CSA supervisor

On behalf of our client, a global Project Management Consultancy (PMC), we are seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor (Civil, Structural & Architectural) to join the site management team for a major greenfield steel plant project in Luleå.

This is a key site-based role overseeing civil works, structural steel, and architectural package execution for a landmark sustainable industry project in Northern Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise day-to-day site operations covering Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) packages.
• Ensure all civil and structural construction activities comply with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate on-site progress with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor site safety, quality execution, and schedule compliance within cold-climate working conditions.
• Report directly to the site management team on CSA progress, risk mitigation, and operational milestones.
