What You'll Do
Project Administration & Coordination
- Prepare and route Requests for Information (RFIs), Purchase Orders (POs), Subcontracts, and Purchase Agreements.
- Track document status and proactively communicate updates to project stakeholders.
- Assemble and distribute project submittals and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals under the guidance of assigned Project Managers.
- Maintain accurate and accessible project records, including submittals, material logs, and technical documentation.
- Support multiple Project Managers as workload demands require.
Material & Delivery Support
- Coordinate with fabrication and warehouse personnel to verify material deliveries are accurate and complete.
- Inspect project deliveries, when required, to ensure materials comply with project requirements.
- Assist with tracking materials and maintaining project inventory records.
Team & Project Support
- Manage priorities effectively and work independently to meet project deadlines and organizational goals.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following company safety policies and procedures.
- Provide additional project support wherever needed to help project teams succeed.

- Conduct job site visits to track project progress and document action items.
- Take meeting notes and assist with follow-up coordination.
- Deliver materials to project sites while professionally representing the company.

Who You Are
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-related documentation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Construction, engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or project coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
