What You'll Do

Project Administration & Coordination

  • Prepare and route Requests for Information (RFIs), Purchase Orders (POs), Subcontracts, and Purchase Agreements.
  • Track document status and proactively communicate updates to project stakeholders.
  • Assemble and distribute project submittals and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals under the guidance of assigned Project Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible project records, including submittals, material logs, and technical documentation.
  • Support multiple Project Managers as workload demands require.

Material & Delivery Support

  • Coordinate with fabrication and warehouse personnel to verify material deliveries are accurate and complete.
  • Inspect project deliveries, when required, to ensure materials comply with project requirements.
  • Assist with tracking materials and maintaining project inventory records.

Team & Project Support

  • Manage priorities effectively and work independently to meet project deadlines and organizational goals.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following company safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide additional project support wherever needed to help project teams succeed.

  • Conduct job site visits to track project progress and document action items.
  • Take meeting notes and assist with follow-up coordination.
  • Deliver materials to project sites while professionally representing the company.

Who You Are

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-related documentation.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Construction, engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or project coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
