Design Program Manager – Touch Display Control Products

Lead Global Product Development. Deliver Innovative Customer Solutions.

Jabil is seeking a Design Program Manager to lead complex, global development programs for interactive touch-display products and embedded control systems. In this highly visible role, you'll drive projects from concept through production, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end product development programs from requirements and architecture through validation, certification, production launch, and sustaining support.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, milestones, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate global teams across electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, quality, sourcing, suppliers, testing, and manufacturing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring alignment on requirements, deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
  • Drive design reviews, readiness reviews, issue resolution, and project governance activities.
  • Oversee development and manufacturing readiness for PCBAs, touch displays, mechanical enclosures, and full system integration.
  • Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure component readiness, product quality, production yields, and successful production ramps.
  • Ensure projects meet customer, regulatory, quality, cost, and supply chain requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex electronic product development programs from concept through production.
  • Strong background in project leadership, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge of electronic hardware development, PCBA manufacturing, product validation, and production launch processes.
  • Exceptional communication, customer-facing, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Certification and/or Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Experience with touch displays, human-machine interfaces (HMI), industrial electronics, conferencing systems, embedded products, or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with display technologies, touch systems, optical bonding, embedded electronics, firmware, and mechanical enclosures.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is a plus.
