Support us with

• Enter invoices into the system related to services delivered for our customers (ship owners), including details such as amount, currency, tax, subcontractor, and service type
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data included in received invoices
• Prepare weekly control reports identifying missing invoices and distribute them to local shipping agencies
• Prepare and distribute consolidated customer invoices for completed services, while updating data in customer systems in line with defined KPIs
• Collaborate with shipping agents and finance teams located across the globe

You will thrive in this role if you

• Have a good command of English (minimum B2 level), enabling you to perform daily tasks and build relationships with colleagues and partners from around the world
• Enjoy working with document analysis, data verification, and data entry, while maintaining positive and professional relationships with international colleagues
• Are detail-oriented and well-organized
