Professional Services Consultant

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will work directly on customer projects, focusing on integration and technical delivery. You will have the opportunity to develop your consulting and customer-facing skills while working with programming, AWS, integrations, and financial automation.

• Deliver assigned activities across customer implementation projects, including configuration, customization, testing and documentation.
• Work on integrations and help resolve situations where existing functionality does not fully meet customer needs.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and find practical solutions.
• Experience in **software implementation, technical consulting, integration, IT delivery or a similar role**.
• Good understanding of programming and scripting – **programming knowledge is essential**.
• Practical experience with **AWS**.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to investigating technical issues.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues from different teams and backgrounds.
• A proactive and independent approach – you’re comfortable taking ownership and finding the information you need.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in **English and Czech**.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

It’s a plus if you have

• Experience with **Java, Python or Spark**.
• Previous experience delivering customer projects.
• Knowledge of **financial automation or e-invoicing**.
• Experience with ERP systems or integrations.
• Experience working with software products in an international environment.
• Familiarity with Quadient solutions or applications.
