Senior Accountant

Join our team as a Senior Accountant, where you'll play a key role in month-end close, multi-entity accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This hands-on position requires a strong accounting background and a builder mindset, as you'll also be responsible for improving and automating our Finance function. The ideal candidate is curious about technology and has experience implementing or improving accounting systems, automating manual workflows, and using AI to enhance accounting processes.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience operating in a fast-paced accounting environment
• Practical experience using AI or LLM tools to improve how you work, analyze information, or execute accounting processes
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets and connect information across multiple systems; experience with SQL, Python, APIs, or similar tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidated financial reporting
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong hands-on experience in month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• A builder mentality: you don't just execute a process—you look for ways to make it simpler, faster, and more scalable
• Hands-on experience implementing, migrating, integrating, or significantly improving an ERP or accounting system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently in an evolving environment
• Demonstrated experience automating accounting or Finance workflows—you can point to processes you personally helped build or redesign
• CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus, but not required
• You’ve helped modernize an accounting function before. Maybe you implemented an ERP, automated reconciliations, built an AI-assisted workflow, eliminated a painful spreadsheet process, connected systems that previously didn't talk to each other, or helped materially shorten the month-end close
• We care less about whether you've used a specific tool and more about whether you've demonstrated the curiosity and technical ability to build better ways of working
