About The Role

Join Chime, a fast-growing FinTech company, as a Senior Program Manager in our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). In this role, you will lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that shape Chime's strategic direction. You will work across various departments, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance, to drive accountability, accelerate progress, and solve complex scaling challenges. You will also leverage AI and emerging tools to improve program management workflows and team effectiveness.

  • Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs that are high stakes, high impact, and highly visible across Chime.
  • Translate ambiguous company priorities into clear program strategies, milestones, decision paths, and execution plans.
  • Proactively identify program risks, dependencies, and changing circumstances, partnering with stakeholders to mitigate issues before they impact outcomes.

  • Deep experience in improving cross-functional operations & scaling systems
  • Demonstrated success in highly cross-functional settings and ability to thrive in influence without authority environments
  • You might have an MBA, PMP or experience working in Fintech
  • A Bachelor's Degree, with 8+ years of experience in a strategy, business operations, program management, and/or consulting role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven track record of effectively interacting with and presenting to C-Suite and Senior leaders across different teams, such as product, engineering, and marketing
  • Skilled at managing change and multiple workstreams at once
  • Exceptional ability devising simple, scalable solutions to complex problems, complemented by outstanding program management skills
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and multi-workstream management skills
  • Ownership mentality, with the ability to identify and solve challenges independently and execute with minimal guidance, including proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies
