Strategic Project Manager - Paris - CDI

Join Orus, a fast-growing European insurtech company, as a Strategic Project Manager. In this role, you will lead cross-functional strategic projects, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to the company's growth and expansion. You should have a Master's degree, 2-4 years of experience in consulting or strategy, strong analytical skills, and be fluent in English.

• Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie d'Orus pour les années à venir et collaborer avec les équipes d'acquisition pour améliorer la rentabilité.
• Développer la stratégie de cross-sell, y compris la segmentation de la base de clients, l'analyse concurrentielle et la redéfinition du modèle opérationnel.
• Diriger l'internalisation de la gestion des sinistres, actuellement externalisée, et soutenir l'expansion internationale d'Orus.

**Candidate profile**

• You hold a Master's degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• You have 2-4 years of prior experience in consulting, strategy, or as a Strategic Project Manager at a startup/scale-up
• You know how to break down complex problems into simple sub-problems to bring teams on board
• You have strong analytical and pragmatic skills: no need for ultra-complex analysis, you know how to pull out the 2-3 key insights and talk numbers simply
• You use AI daily to move faster
• You're efficient: you meet your deadlines, juggle several topics in parallel, and communicate well when there's a delay
• You know how to ramp up quickly
• You know how to drive projects end-to-end and are accountable for results, even in ambiguity
• You speak fluent English
